自 2002 年香港运输物流管理学会建立至今以来，我们乐意接受不同的机遇，丰富我们学会的基础，使我们学会能向各种不同的学术及横跨先进的管理领域，取得相当的程度地成绩。

我们学会接纳及吸收各类不同的专业人士及团体的意见及征询，使我们学会更具备各种技术及管理知识，完善我们学会的工作，满足我们学会的社会职责功能。

另外，我们学会通过系列的公开讲坛及研讨会，牵动了香港的热心的人士，令我们香港社会上急切的、争义的探讨问题，可以得到广泛的、求同存异的讨论，使我们社会的不同意见声音，充分的转播于香港社会中。

我们承接学会的传统理念，主动贯切实行，将通过不同的学术及管理的管道，贡献香港社会。

香港运输物流管理学会 (HKITLM) 是一个国际非牟利组统独立营运团体，宗旨是发展物流业的科技及技术产业升级，并推广、教育及管理服务。

HKITLM 从2002年开始创立国际专业教育部门，致力促进世界运输及物流行业的科技及技术管理发展，HKITLM 举办了技术交流会议、坐谈会及展览工作场地，为 HKITLM 学会会员提供专门产业升级及发展平台。

 

HKITLM 学会目标是促进行业技术的循环管理系统、技能培训、生产线工场、运输设备、工具及大型运输网络、火车及铁路客运、供应管理及行动规划，以及国内本地的相关行业︰

 

1．完善专业教育、培训、工作能力提升及职业道德认知。
2．向政府提交报告书完善相关法律条文。
3．向广大群众宣传 HKITLM 学会及会员对社会及有关机构作出的贡献。
4．推广给新会员认识他们可享有的权利及专业登记目录。
5．会务及期望 - 领导级专业地位给予发展循环管理系统、技能培训、生产工场、运输设备、工具及大型运输网络、火车及铁路客运、供应管理及行动规划，以及国内的相关同业办证及授权审批情况。

Professor Fred Chin is the Chairman and Chief Executive of Institut Prima Bestari, Malaysia and founder of Pine Academy Group. He is also Vice President of the Institute of Commercial & Industrial Accountants Malaysia and Chairman of Education & Examination Sub-Committee. Professor Fred is also recognised under South African legislation as a Commissioner for Oath and acceptable by High Court of Malaya.
